Working on healing our subconscious mind not only helps us overcome limiting programs and beliefs that hold us back from living a healthy and happy life, it also helps us to get to know ourselves.
This is the ultimate goal of the subconscious therapy at Sattva Integral Health. We work on helping you dissolve the masks of your conditioning so that you can understand yourself better and align and refine yourself with your purpose in life.
According to Chinese Medicine each person is born with a unique constitution of the five elements. This is a determining factor for many aspects of who you are as an individual, your health and your personality. Each of the five element personality archetypes has “positive” and “negative” qualities. Understanding the positive qualities helps you understand your gifts, and understanding the negative qualities helps you become aware of them so you can work with them to your benefit.
TAKE A TEST TO FIND YOUR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ELEMENTS:
Check each statement that best describes you. At the end total the number of checked statements in each group. At the end of the test note your score for each element. Remember that you are a unique expression of all five elements, but the two elements with the highest scores are the ones that define your personality the most.

Weaknesses: Because of their depth, they get drained easily if they spend too much time around too many people. They can struggle with self-doubt, fear of failure, or fear of disappointingothers and can come across as timid. They can struggle with becoming dependent on others to make a decision, but they can also make extreme decisions on their own without including others. They are much better at going inward than bringing their thoughts to fruition, and even with great ideas, they find it hard to take action.
Emotion: The emotion associated with water is fear and when out of balance water personalities can be fearful, withdrawn, and indecisive.
Physical body: Water element is connected to the kidneys, urinary bladder, bones, and ears. Water people are susceptible to kidney and urinary bladder problems, low back and hormonal issues, adrenal fatigue, and bone and ear problems.
